The cottage has a total interior surface area of ​​230 m² including 160 m² on the aquatic relaxation area which you access directly from the living room of the cottage. A private parking of 50 m², a terrace of 20 m² with a built-in barbecue as well as a grassy area of ​​approximately 100 m² and a gravelled area for Ping-Pong are also at your disposal.

Rated 4 épis by Gîtes de France and 5 stars in furnished tourist accommodation , the Gîte Les Deux Eaux is located in Sauchay in the Dieppe countryside, 10 minutes from Dieppe (8 km), and 10 minutes from the beaches of Puys, Berneval and Saint-Martin en Campagne.

The cottage includes 2 bedrooms, a large kitchen open to the dining room and the living room, two separate toilets and a bathroom + showers in the aquatic relaxation area.
