The Moutier family opened the doors of their restaurant 35 years ago, in Monestier – Thénac in the Dordogne department. Benefiting from a privileged location in the heart of the Périgord pourpre, in a charming farmhouse dating from 1765, this restaurant was taken over by Xavier Moutier 12 years ago. It is a family establishment.
