Located on the 1st floor without elevator, this tastefully decorated apartment offers you a space of 55 m² and consists of:
– a comfortable and bright living room with a sofa bed for two people,
– a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, freezer),
– an attic bedroom with double bed upstairs,
– a bathroom with shower,
– separate WC,
– vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, ironing equipment,
– TV and Wi-Fi.

The neighborhood

In the heart of Levallois-Perret, you can fully enjoy the city of Paris on foot or by transport. If you want to walk around the accommodation, we particularly recommend the immense Parc de la Planchette, just 19 minutes away on foot, or the Île de la Jatte park, around fifteen minutes away by transport. You will also be a 15-minute walk from the huge So Ouest shopping center and its many restaurants, shops, and cinema. In addition to these various nearby shops, you will be in a well-served area where you can visit the many emblematic places of the capital: the Sacré-Cœur basilica, the Eiffel Tower, the Champs Elysées as well as the various museums of Paris ( including the Grévin Museum, the Louvre and the Orsay Museum).
