The neighborhood

Take advantage of a prime location by being close to several of the venues for the 2024 Olympic Games events. You’ll be 13 minutes by public transport from the Roland-Garros stadium, where the tennis and boxing events will take place. The Parc des Princes, where the football event will take place, is 15 minutes away from the flat by public transport. The Arena Paris Sud is 30 minutes by public transport or 20 minutes by car from the flat. This is where the table tennis, volleyball, handball and weightlifting events will be held. Finally, if you’re lucky enough to attend, beach volleyball will take place under the Effiel Tower, which is 25 minutes by public transport or 20 minutes by car from this magnificent flat. The prime location isn’t just limited to the Olympic venues. You’ll be just a short walk from metro lines 10 and 9, Boulogne’s lively town center, charming restaurants such as Bonnotte, Crêperie Breizh and Arbela wine bar, as well as trendy boutiques and leafy parks. Finally, for a change of scene during your stay, you can take a trip to the Bois de Boulogne, just 8 minutes away by car. It’s the ideal place for walks and picnics in the countryside.
